Our Story
Signature Bank was founded in 2002 by a group of experienced banking professionals who shared a vision to establish a unique financial institution - one that was locally owned and operated and that focused on serving business, institutional, governmental, and professional clients in Northwest Ohio, Southeast Michigan, and nearby areas.
We are owned by about 600 local shareholders and governed by a local board of directors. Local decision-making and local operations give us the ability to provide custom solutions to our clients with a quick response time.
We offer a full suite of banking products and services for businesses and individuals, supported by an experienced team of financial professionals. The combination of low turnover and seasoned employees working together enables us to provide the personalized Gold Standard Service for which we're known.
