Online Banking

We’re excited to announce that our new Online Banking platform will officially launch on December 30. This upgrade will provide a more user-friendly, secure, and modern experience.

24/7 Account Access That’s Convenient for You

With Online Banking, you can access your account information 24/7, when it’s most convenient for you. Plus, the customizable My Home Page ensures the information you use frequently is easily accessible all in one place. Our local support team provides individual training where it’s most convenient…at the office, at the bank, or over the phone.

Online Banking provides the following capabilities:
  • View account balances and all detailed checking, savings, and loan account activity; including images of deposit tickets, checks deposited, and checks paid
  • Download all banking activity (various formats available)
  • Transfer funds between internal accounts
  • Place stop payments on checks
  • View monthly checking, savings, and loan account statements
    • View eStatements (separate enrollment required)
  • Pay bills using Bill Pay (separate enrollment required)
  • Business Accounts (transactions initiated after daily processing cutoff times will be processed on the next business day):
    • Initiate wire transfers and/or Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions (separate agreements required)
    • Review and decision ACH Filters, ACH Positive Pay, Check Positive Pay, and Reverse Check Positive Pay exceptions (separate agreement required)
    • For businesses with more treasury management needs, Signature Bank offers online ACH and wire transfer origination, as well as fraud protection tools
    • Businesses may also customize access for each individual authorized user
How It Works
  • Personal Accounts: Once enrolled, you will receive two separate emails – one with your user ID and one with your password.
  • Business Accounts:
    • Once enrolled, each user will receive an email from onlinebanking@signaturebankna.com with a link to establish an ID and password.
    • Functionality such as wire or ACH initiation requires users to have a secure token in addition to an ID and password to log in. Ask your Treasury Management officer for more information.
