Mobile Text Alerts allow you to quickly access account information over your mobile phone using text messaging. This solution offers two-way communications and the ability to choose which alerts you would like to receive.

The following alerts can be activated through your Signature Bank, N.A. Mobile application.

Transaction Alerts:

• Debit Card
• ACH
• Wire Transfers
• Checks and Withdrawals
• Transactions to/from Loan
• All Debits
• All Credits
• All Transactions

Balance Alerts:           

• Daily Balance
• Monthly Balance
• Balance Threshold

Command Driven Alerts by Texting 1-866-208-7773:

• ENROLL- Initiates the Enrollment Process
• HIST- Last 5 Transactions
• BAL- Account Balance(s)
• HELP- Retrieves List of Valid Commands
• SUSPEND/STOP- Deactivates Text Alert Service

Getting Started:

Mobile Text Alerts can be activated by selecting “Text Banking” within the Signature Bank App on your mobile device.

Mobile Banking Enrollment:

To enroll in Mobile Banking download Signature Bank, N.A. Mobile from the App Store or Google Play.
